I received my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life West Chiropractic College. Before I found my passion for health, I studied Economics and Psychology at UC Santa Barbara.
I specialize in neuromuscular reprogramming — addressing pain, limited range of motion, muscle spasms, and weakness. These are often compensation patterns coming from a nervous system that’s stopped signaling correctly. My approach includes testing the nervous system directly to find where that signal is off, then correcting it. Alongside spinal adjustments, I’ll often work on the shoulder, elbow, wrist, knees, and ankles too.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me working on myself. I love weightlifting, practicing primal movement patterns, and rock climbing when I get the chance. I like exploring different cultures through food, working out with friends, and relaxing at a coffee shop. I’m conscious of what I eat, but I still enjoy the occasional “unhealthy” meal.
